Today spending on learning has become a type of investment. The reason is increase in number of schools and privatization of educational institutions.The parents are in illusion that more is the school fee, better is the school. May be true in case of some schools but not all schools. Some schools offer limited seats with a heavy fee. The condition will be more drastic in the coming years and it will be difficult for the middle class people to educate their childreen in good schools.
Also management schools get money for teachers too....Most recently, one of my new friends here is joining here as high school teacher giving 15 lakhs donation. She will get 20,000 at starting, which will be paid by Government, not the management school.
So, many are building such management schools and buying teachers.
