    Yes i meant it that deer don't come itself to the tiger as a food but tiger has to go after the deer and do some work to get it as its food. :)

    But for me hard work works but Planing never works i don't know why. If i plan something happens and i could not follow it and work according to it

    Try to plan things which you feel you would be able to achieve with ease if you make tough plans definitely there may be chances that you won't be able to achieve them so start with simple plans first. :)

    Without direction and focus hard work has no purpose.If we keep doing something without having a goal and also without having a method it may not be fruitful...
