    Yes now it became so much cheap when compared to previous. This is the best time to invest here.


    Is it land you are referring to ? I feel that land price has gone up by almost 20% or more since last year at least that's the case here in our state. It is expected to go up further since they have reduced registration charges and some taxes too..

    I have done all the investment that I could do, now I only go for FDs, nothing else. I am rather selling my unmovable and movables away.

    Because I have given up my regular job and doing nothing but enjoying life in different ways. So reducing my properties and converting them into cash so that I can move freely whenever I want to move away.

    I think that is the wisest thing to do.In fact I feel that the more assets you have , more headache and problems they seem to create unless care is taken and one is able to manage it well.What a man ultimately needs is a roof over the head and a steady monthly income...

    i think investment must be done by buying gold as gold may increase in future.and buying of property in a good location may give us profitable return in future.

    Investing on gold is not a bad idea. But we should see good time and invest that means when the gold rate is down. and we should sell the gold when the gold rate is high

    I agree ! Gold has proved to be a good investment option since it has gone up almost 400% in a decade...I doubt if you can make that kind of money anywhere else ...of course stock market is an option but there are many risks involved there !
