yes i know that they are good from health point of view.even i intake raw garlic that is when not cooked but bitter gourd yawk i cant.just drank its juice once and felt so bad.
But why should you drink its juice that is good for diabetic persons only, i don't think you are diabetic.
no its good for non-diabetic person also.as my grandfather was having diabeties.so my father take precaution before and he drink it.it prevents one from getting diabetic.
And i drank it just for fun i thought it wont be that much bitter but it was too bad. :sick:

no actually i thought that it wont be that much bitter but after having it i realized.
