I have never heard of this one, there are many similar sites that offer online jobs but whichever ones are asking for money as registration fees, keep away from them!

There are far better and legit sites for freelancers of every field. The registration is free and payments are timely. Therefore never go for any site like that, especially most data entry sites are fake.

I just saw the site. This contains many recommendations by certain users who claim that the site benefited them. The site also demands Rs. 1250/- for kit. The task of data entry does not appear genuine.
