    It is more difficult in Lok Sabha. The Lok Sabha memebrs are directly affected unlike Rajya Sabha members. there are signs of UPS softening its stand. The Bill will not be presented in current session. This will be done after reopening of Lok Sabha in april after consultation with all parties.
