Are anger and sadness twin sisters?

It is not true always that anger comes from sadness and disappointment.It depends upon how are you taking like this?

When someone commit mistakes, it disappoints and disturbs you. Won't it make you sad even a little bit before you burst out?????

I have already told, they are twin sisters.....not the same person.....but born to same parents and having many similarities.....anyone follow the other, as soon as one appears in scene....(i.e. as twins very often)
