Full money was really owned by Maharajas of Travancore and they gave all to the temple, starting from early centuries and declare themselves as Padmanabha dasa and surrounded their kingdom to Lord Vishnu.Where can we find such kings. At the time of state formation and abolishing of kingdoms, though the Royal family is a member of trustie, they didn't take even a coin from it, even after knowing that they are loosing the Kingdom. Chitra tirunal Maharaja was the king at that time.
The asset obtained from the temple are precious stones, gold, diamond, crowns etc.....have archeological value since they were used by kings centuries back, some from East India Company and from other countries also, which our century people have never seen. Then should they be sold to help the poor when such precious monuments, possessions etc of Rajahs are kept in Museums since they are considered as Country's assets? :unsure:
If the decision for the money to be distributed to the poor be given, then the poor will not even have a whiff of that money!
Considering the political status going on in the country and that too from a Communist state like that of Kerala, the chances stand are just nil.
In view of corruption, people do not get the benefit due to them. The politicians and bureaucrats get some share.
However, Kerala is not a communist state. Presently, Congress alliance rules. Even when communists rule, they do so within framework of Indian constitution only and not according to Marxism Leninism. So even under rule of Communists, any state can not be described as communist.

Since that i am already from kerala, I have not seen any democratic rule. If there is a bandh, it will be observed very strictly and there will be another bandh for the previous bandh

Safe lockers in the temple are more strong than even India's most secure lockers. They were made centuries back. Biggest of the chambers is not opened and counted yet, because its locks were so strong that nobody was able to open it. Now talks going on whether it should be opened or not :huh:
