Yes understanding is very important between both husband and wife. But trust and loyality is too an important factors. A relationship will not work if there is no trust.
one more factor affecting this relationship is ego.....if both the husband and wife keep aside their ego.....and sort out their problem, then the understanding will gradually develop.
That is true and why stop at husband loving wife and wife understanding husband, why not wife loving back to him or you think that is natural for wife to love her husband. I think this mutual for husband and wife to love and understand each other.
