    Asthma is caused by allergies of various kinds like dust, paint etc. a patient may keep away from environment that causes breathlessness known as asthma. The home remedies include honey and lemon.

    Sasi why the smiley face in your post heading? :huh: Anyhow I think Astma is a allergy and one can not escape from it completely. Some precautions can be taken such as avoiding places where the allergy may aggravate. Home remedies are temporary relief and there may be chances of re-occurring. There is a spray that can give relief if the attack is mild.

    Its better you concern doctor and take the treatment.

    Precaution for astma paitents is dont move outside when is cloudly, dont rome in snow,stop drinking cool water and stop eating ice creams and drinking cold drinks

    I consulted one doctor about astma. He told that we should not take home remedies and all. For astma we should consult doctor and take his suggestions and go according to his instructions. it better
