Lol,and here I was wondering if my ill-health had some effect on my comprehension ability. Anyways, coming back to your original question, here are the worst pickup line I have heard guys using on girls:
Have I seen you before ( I am sure you must have heard this a zillionth time)
Is your name Pooja?
Are you my sister's friens?
Also I see many guys using double meaning pickup lines on girls but I would not list them here.
