Ramsan is nothing but doing fasting from morning 4 to evening 7 and having food only after sunset. They do this for 30days. In these 30days they do fasting even without swallowing the saliva also. These 30days process at the end of the day is done ramzan. The next day of the Ramzan eid is celebrated.
The story behind this Ramzan fasting and festival is :
On this festival day the Holy book Kuran has been sent on to the earth from heaven. So thats why people do fasting to remove their sins , lies and all bad from their mind and fasting makes their body gets purity. They even donate food and some things to poor .
this is the exact story of Ramzan. One more thing, While doing this fasting they wont talk much. They should always think about God.
