    no exam are not totally the right way to judge buy it is one of the way.

    exams cannot exactly judge an person's ability as many students have made this phenomena that they learn before the one night of exam and through this they hardly study the concepts.

    so its better to do practical tests then written exams as when we will apply the concepts we will learn more.

    I don't think exams are true judge but we have to go by a system. There is no use asking about validity of a system.
