Sanjeev I dont know swimming. I had fear of water in rivers once I was just missed from death in krishna river.


I swimmed in Nigeria,when i was in 5th Standard.

I think @Ronark means he is not confident now. previously he use to swim but not now.
When i went to the river to bath i just slipped my leg in the water but some body pushed me towards the edge of the river. Like this I was saved.


It happened to me also @arjun. But it was sea not river for me. A big tide dragged me inside but suddenly someone plunged in and got me out.

Now a days people prefer indoor cycling to workout at home..Indoor cycling is very effective cardio exercise and helps to reduce the waistline..
Yes indoor cycling and walking are done now-a-days. But natural way of cycling makes the process more enjoyable.
But cycling out side in the greenary area which is good for health.

It must be grass yaar...But generally on road with lot of greenery around we don't have grass on the path where cyclist go
