And why should anyone think that Atheists have no faith? They certainly have the faith that God does not exist but the doubt about their own faith makes them think, "Maybe the God exists and that is one reason they keep negating the existence of God as it reassures them from inside although not fully.

You are mistaken. Atheists have  fixed opinions on the existence or non existence of God. And they stick to them without inflammatory  and derogatory statements.That is the very essence Atheism. If it is otherwise, these people are not Atheists. But Opportunists or Fence sitters.

So ? Huffing ton post is my favorite as far as news and reliability is concerned. It doesn't mean I favor everything that's in the Huffing ton post.

My views on atheism is not that easy to change.

 

 

The main difference between atheists and the believers is that of inherited beliefs.  The Hindus, Muslims, Christians have ready made thoughts/ beliefs and they need not apply their mind. The atheists are not a separate community. They also belong to rel;igious communities but think independently and arrive at more rational beliefs and arrive at conclusion about God etc independently.

The atheists/ rationalists are usually not stubborn. But the belivers treat their faith as very sacred and a sort of possession. They are easily hurt.

The fundamentalists in Karnataka have again threatened of more murder of rationalists.

True atheists are straight forward in expressing their views. In this process they will not bother to convince anybody.

 

A true Rationalist is one who questions and tries to find a valid explanation for everything regardless of religion! But most Rationalists in my opinion are fake ...Just taking the example of UR Anatamurthy whose pet hobby was to put down Hinduism and its Believers ...The same man hit the roof protesting when a a statue of Mary was vandalised by Sree Ram sena activists in Mangalore, simply because his wife Esther was/is a devout Catholic from Mangalore ! Talk about double standards and he is considered a demi god by  the state rationalist society or whatever they call themselves ..One can see how rational these so called rationalists are !

Nobody is an atheist or theist. Everyone is a believer. Their beliefs vary but beliefs exist.  When a devastating natural calamity occurs, like an earthquake or cyclone, every person, irrespective of theist or atheist, will depend on an Invisible Power, which he has never seen or believed, and cry for help.  Theists, who believe in a personal God, call that invisible power as God and for their convenience they give it a name and form. Those who believe in an impersonal God believe it as the Universal Consciousness or the Absolute. I don’t know by which name the atheists address that invisible power. 

I cAn tell you, Mother Nature controls everything but it is your choice you call her by any name , the super power , God or whatever you prefer.
