She replaces, the former governor of Keralla, who is expected to stand in the ticket of Cong in Bihar, and agianst Sheila five case of corruption are pending.

Probably they did not find any one with six, so five won hands down and found best :laugh:

Her post as said by Kejriwal is acting as a shield of protection to her. Don't you think 'no proceedings being held against a governor when in office' is a crime in itself. Who has come with all such laws?

Law is enacted with good intentions though some may misuse. The incumbents of all public posts are given some immunity in interests of administration. IUn absence of such protection, anyone could jeopardise administration by bringing fake allegations. Moreover, there are no proceedings against Sheila Dikshit as erroneously claimed by Kejriwal.

Immunity at the cost of justice? It's not "Some", many are misusing this immunity under the guise of their posts.Shiela is not a saint after all.

Shiela's appointment, hours before the announcement of the election code smell rats and pigs. They think everybody is a fool to believe their cock and bull foolish stories.If she is such an eminent leader, why she was kicked out of power in her own constituency?

As I said, the government can change a governor therefore the incoming government can always bring her to book if they feel that she has committed wrong during her tenure as CM of Delhi.

As I said, the government can change a governor therefore the incoming government can always bring her to book if they feel that she has committed wrong during her tenure as CM of Delhi.

When as important as coalgate files can be made to disappear overnight, it's a child's play for the government to make the files of Shiela disappear or they might have disappeared by this time.And CBI and other sundry investigating agencies are playing toys of the ruling party..
