The Mohammedan, the Buddhists, the Hindus and many others have their periods of strict fasting. The saints of medieval times laid great stress on this method.
Born to express, not to impress.

Many people have advocated fasting to ward off diseases and problems in the body and having a healthy life. I am experiencing the same now. Since last night, I have having a terrible tummy. The best thing I knew was to give the digestion system a rest. I hope it will help me out.

Fasting might not necessarily reduce your fat. I don't think it is the right way to reduce body fat. Yes, weight can be reduced through fasting, but there are other ways to reduce the fat too.

Since how many days are you drinking honey mixed with lukewarm water? My sister once tried this. She did it continuously for about 3-4 days and she started feeling week and fragile. I hope you take care about yourself and be aware of the side-effects too.

Fasting - The Master Remedy
Fasting refers to complete abstinence from food for a short or long period for a specific purpose. The word is derived from the old English, ‘feastan’ which means to fast, observe, be strict. Fasting is nature’s oldest, most effective and yet least expensive method of treating disease. It is recognised as the cornerstone of natural healing.

: B) Three or four day is not enough to get its benefits. Your sister started feeling weekness it is because of quantity of honey. Use atleast 20gm honey in one and four time in a day. I tried it.
