Yes Guavas are equally rich in Nutrients. Fruits alone cannot keep the doctor away. A moderate physical exercise or 15 minutes of Yoga every day are equally capable of making life healthy.

Food adulteration has become rampant more than ever. Practically every fruit and vegetable is subjected to chemicals and artificial food colorants to give them a fresh and shiny look.
