Yes sir. Agreed. Failure is the stepping stone to success. Everyone knows that. The thing here is everyone needs patience, determination and dedication till we reach our goal.
Take the example of Thomas Alva Edison. Though he failed 1000 times, he never gave up and went on to invent electric bulb.
Yes sir. He is a great inspiration to all of us. He is a best example of patience and determination
Success favors those who are ready to face the adversities and refuse to bow down before failures.
Absolutely..success comes to those who endeavor to take up challenges and deal with problems head on.
There is a saying. Falling down is not a crime. Not getting up after a fall is a crime.
Well said. Success comes to those who keep on trying whatever happens till they get it. Infact those people are more stronger and also gathered more knowledge than the one who got his success in very first attempt.

Quitters have no place in the realm of success. It's from the failures achievers learn lessons.
I agree. when you settle at a particular level, every thing is routine. problems are routine and easily solved. Only when you march ahead, real problems will arise.

One should avoid routine. Routine leads to monotony. One should be on search forever for newer things and avenues.
In the process of growth, problems act as knowledge generating steps which lead to complete understanding of the product being developed. Edison did not fail a 1000 times but every "failure" led to increase in his knowledge till he developed the bulb as it should have been. In process of invention most of the time the shape of final product is not clear and becomes so during process of development.
It doesn't matter whether Edison failed 1000 times in inventing electric bul or not. What matters is that he learned that failure is not the end of the world.
Success is not permanent and failure is temporary. Failure will occur till the person did not find the right path. Every failure leave some lessons and people who learnt and think how to overcome that failure will get the success at the end. Most of the failures are happen due to fear and doubt to attempt that task.
Of course fear of failure is a reason that makes the people quit.
Books are the great companion. If you study great books you can firmly believe that how much troubles and failures great leaders are faced and how they overcome from that situation to get success. Most of the fear will occur at the first time but when you faced it you will know how to handle it. The great Alexander give the ruling authority to Porus(a) Purushothaman in the war even though porus defeated by Alexander because porus gave a good fighting spirit till he get defeated.

Agreed. Nice example. Books are the best companion to oneself. Nothing can be a best friend than a good book. One can learn from the real time experiences of these leaders and also we can realize that our problems are nothing infront of the problems faced by them. Its gives us a boost to move forward.
