Arushi murder case is a revelation as far as relations of working parents and their minor children who grow-up in supervision of domestic helps. This is such a complicated issue because finding an answer is not that easy.

Most talked about murder mystery
The charges have been set up finally against Talwar couple for murder of their only daughter Arushi and they shall go through trials starting from June 4. This is one of the most talked about murders in our country today where a minor girl strangled for sexual relations with domestic servant seems to be the only reason. What looked to be an open and shut case in the beginning has been taking new dimensions because the investigators of the case could not decide the right direction under pressure. Finally, the CBI has filed their allegation based on circumstantial evidences.

What is CBI’ version
According to CBI, investigators there were only four people present in the house the day the murder took place, included Dr. Rajesh Talwar, Dr. Nupur Talwar mother of Arushi, Hemraj the domestic servant and Arushi herself. There was no other entry recorded according to logbook of the guard therefore, there was no one else who could commit this act but Talwar couple. They, according to CBI had the motive as they might have seen Hemraj and Arushi in a compromising situation. Moreover, there are so many evidences to support this theory. Actually, there is so much that happened in the unfortunate night of May16 in between 12 hrs to 6am that no one is in a position to reach to any concrete decision yet. There is so much to support the theory, which looks clear but …yes this is big question mark unless the case is resolved and guilty brought to book. However, there are certain evidences so obvious that they shall reveal the truth for sure.

According to post-mortem reports, the private part of Arushi found expended more than normal in size and washed with water. The water was visible on bed sheet as well as signs on other spots but not on undergarments of Arushi, a clear indication of fowl play. That was case of planting the false proofs with intentions of misdirecting investigation. And there was no one else but Talwar couple who had the opportunity to do that. Now the question is if they did it on a purpose then why, what was the reason.

Despite the private part cleaned with water properly later on before police arrived on the scene still some white discharge spotted in lab test although the report said that nothing abnormal found. If nothing abnormal found then what that white discharge was, why had they needed to hide it? Another big question that has not been answered yet is if the killers came from outside, how did they manage to enter in to house? But that is not possible in that small flat where Talwar couple was present in adjacent room and they did not hear any sound of outsiders coming in, committing murder of Arushi and Hemraj. This did not end here but they took the body of servant upstairs, dumped it there, and finally made their escape without any noise. No one would believe the couple that air-conditioner made so much sound that they did not hear any noise coming from such a short distance.

The way to upstairs where the dead body of Hemraj found, next day, which is located in the gallery shared by neighbors is another point of suspicion. How did the outsiders manage to do every thing so quietly that even neighbors did not hear a thing. They not only dumped the body upstairs but also came back into the flat, opened the whiskey cabinet near the dining table, and had a few shots. That is a clear proof of whosoever did this was familiar with every thing and its situation another indicator towards the Talwar couple.

Insider’s job
There is another strong point indicating an inside job that the internet router used by Arushi, was switched off at 3.43 in the morning, well after the murder was committed. Now the question that arises is who was using the internet in her room after the double murder? This is not possible for an outsider to stay in a place where a serious crime took place, unless that was some one insider. In case this was Talwar family shut down the router, why did they not notice any abnormality in her daughter’s room? That makes it so obvious.

There is much more to this murder mystery yet, while the house made came the next morning the grilled main entrance was locked from outside. Nupur provided the key to her from the balcony so that she could unlock the door and come up. Now another turn into the story, the family had only one key of that lock then who locked it from outside. I s there someone else who is with them in this whole episode? Nupur found the room key of Arushi in the living room later while the key of flat and roof was lying on the bad of Hemraj; incidentally, the room key of Arushi was always with Nupur in normal course.

There were no clues of mobile phones of any of those two according to Nupur. And when she tried to call Hemraj at about six in the morning some one at the other end disconnected it and later the phone switched off. That shows that mobile phone of Hemraj in switched on position until 6am and that is traceable easily. Mobile company can provide every detail like location, calls made etc. They managed to find the phone of Arushi in Noida with deleted memory later. I am sure they might have taken the call details of that phone to reach to a conclusion.

Another big mistake or was that planned
The police was present while they were trying to wash away the crucial proofs with the help of friends and servants with soap and water. They left no evidence that was so unusual in a murder case. People were allover the places to play with the evidences present in shape of fingerprints, footprints, bloodstains and what not and the limit of all this was that police was on the scene while all this was taking place. Police knows its business therefore; this all must look like a planned job to some one who knows the modus operandi. They certainly knew all about it.

The evidences are crucial
CBI has many solid evidences against the parents of Arushi to prove them guilty before the court but they must be very careful if they are serious about their business. According to legal experts they are having a foolproof case against the couple who has committed a heinous crime and being doctors themselves knew the importance of forensic value of the case have tried their best to deal with every point in well planned manner. However, this is also true that every criminal leaves some proofs behind those lead to trace him easily. The prosecution would have to be very careful and use evidence in such a manner that the accused could not find any loopholes and survive the punishment.

What do they have in hand to prove them guilty?
+ The surgical precession that is so very obviously indicative of a professional job.
+ The flat where the crime took place was so nicely dressed-up
+ Body of Arushi had no signs of violence and lying in a position as if nothing wrong had happened with her.
+ Private parts of Arushi had signs of cleaning after death and abnormality.
+ There was clear indication of use of golf stick to kill them that in it is proof enough that the murder was highly angered due to activities of the victims. The door was open while the murderer was at work that was an expert’s opinion. That was possible by either Arushi or her parents, no one else.
+ There is another fact that proves that the couple knew about every thing and found out every thing, which was missing from the scene of crime at a later stage. They found out the missing golf sticks, which were missing at the earlier stage and the phones but never informed the police or authorities about them.
+ When the golf stick examined later that was, found thoroughly cleaned of any tell tail proofs according to forensic experts.
+ The room of Arushi was cleaned with detergent and water immediately after her body was taken for cremation, they did not make a proper investigation or searched for stains, prints etc. to examine the case properly.
+ The door of the terrace locked and closed for the first time on the night of murder, strange enough because this happened for the first time ever.
+ Dr. Talwar did not identify the body while they found it on the roof later.

Expectation from the prosecution
What I think is that this case is totally dependent on circumstantial evidences and the prosecution would have to establish the whole case on a systematic basis with producing proofs in such a manner that should not leave any point to chance. The CBI would have to prove beyond doubt that there were no more four people inside the house at the time of crime. They shall also have to prove that no one went out of the house or came in after the murders took place. They shall have to produce the weapons with solid proof of murder beyond any loose point. They shall have to establish the reason of murder without any loopholes and finally they would have to keep in mind that no witness turned hostile during trial.

Future is in your own hands

What is a Rave Party any way?
We have been hearing about rave parties for so long but never cared for them thinking that those go well with people from very high-class societies and their spoiled wards. This was during the IPL matches last week when we came to know about such parties in details and the most shocking part of the fact was that not only middle class people are there but underage ones too. That was somewhat shocking to lean that this problem is spreading to small towns as well. I am from the capital area of the country so I am aware about such parties but not in detail. Now every activity is so in (famous) that even a commoner knows about it. I know once the Rave party addicted would never be able to quit the habit. This is so very addictive that it would take some special effort to take him out of this habit.

How the party begins
As per the knowledgeable sources that best season for such parties is from May to December, somewhat extended up to first week of January. The parties mostly take place in suburban areas especially in farmhouses etc. although some hotels also are famous for these. The parties at farmhouses are safer because the people living around consider these parties as normal parties. Most of the parties begin to come to full swing after midnight and go up to five in the morning.

Rave party is an altogether different experience for a new visitor. These are code words for different drugs offered in these parties. That is different but real ambience of these parties.

There are some South African drugs, which are too intoxicating besides the dangerous most dangerous venom from King cobra known as K72 and K76. The rates of these drugs go up as much the party gets higher.

However, some one like me who does not want to get used to such items would certainly leave the party after a certain limit, as I did because there is much more to the party than drugs only. They even mix some intoxicating drugs in the initially served drinks of non-smokers to bring them to terms of the party.

There are some groups working on different social networking sites
Yes, that is true that social networking sites have many groups formed by agents of hotels and liquor-manufacturing companies who send invites to its members through their pages. Some big party throwers also do the same through these pages with in their circles. Members of these groups in turn invite their friends to attend such parties. I should mention it here that they charge a fixed amount as entry fee per member but girls are exempted from paying any entrance fee but are admitted free of cost. In fact, friends are our way of life and we can count on them any day any time. They play most important and crucial role in our betterment. We can have a better way in our life because of them. Therefore I must announce loud and clear to let the world know about my feelings towards my friends ‘I love you all so much and thank you for what you have done for me’.

Friends will give us all when we are in trouble or feeling low or depressed. Friends will challenge us to reach us to our potential limits with all their supports when we tend to stop short and are not able to go beyond our reasonable capacity. We really cannot do without such friends. May be some of them are not worth, but that is another story. Most of them are fine; most of them are still true, we can rely upon them beyond any doubts or slightest of hesitation.

Friendship involves strong bindings between the people concerned. Friendship is one of the greatest assets of life. It is not something we learn while in school or colleges. However, if we have not learned the meaning of true friendship, we really have not learned anything worth the name. We are not worth known as true person or true human being.

A friend is your true friend who trusts you
I did read this somewhere that a friend is someone who believes in you when you have ceased to have faith in yourself. I also want to share some of my feelings on such a great topic like friendship but this is too wide a topic to express my humble opinion on some thing as great as this. There is an example based on my personal experience I went through recently. I thought that I have found some good friends but that was my misunderstanding, they were using me for their self-benefit. They took me for another tool in their kit-boxes.
Some people really do not trust most of their friends anymore. You never know that with such kind of people, who have cheated them in the past, they will not trust you despite however good or trustworthy you are. A friend who is not considerate his friends is himself never considered as a friend. Even though you are too close, he is not your real friend. However, a real friend will be there when you are in need. He will be there standing with you.

Friends are your way of life: I miss some of them
The friend who is not your real but just a friend who loves to be with you while you are enjoying life, you would never find him when you are in need. Remember the greatest gift of friendship is, not found in a store’s shelf, but in the heart of a true friend. There are people who think or feel the same way about this great relation of friendship they sure know the real value of true friendship. This relationship is to stay here in this world without any doubt.

Friendship is a beautiful relation, which is not there for selfish reasons. We shall share our personal matters with our good friends any day without the slightest of hesitation. Therefore, what I believe is that life is not perfect without friends. There were friends whom I have missed on the way, while we were walking along nicely; suddenly they are out of my reach. Some of my best friends, who could be still with me, but I am at loss and finding it hard to understand, the cruel twists and turns of fate.

A friend is someone who likes you and stays there with you unconditionally - not because you are rich, attractive, or popular - but because you are being what you are, friendship is gift of God, save it at any cost. A friend is your most valued asset; do not loose him so easily. I think it may be time for me to move on and spread my message among the people to have faith, as faith is the key. There are number of friends who would not think even for a moment to give their best at the most difficult of our times
