Your duty to you teachers
God created man. To become good human beings, man needs guidance. Teachers provide this guidance. Their knowledge shows us how to lead a good and successful life. So, love and respect your teachers. Obey them. Be attentive in the classroom. Play during play time, work in the study hours. Do your homework regularly. Listen to the teachers carefully. Try to understand what they say. Follow them. They should be your ideal. Walk on the path they show you. Then you will become wise and good.
God wants you to be nice to everyone. You should love your parents. You should love your teachers. You should also love your friends and neighbors. Friends and neighbors are also children of God. They are your brothers and sisters. Help them. Do not quarrel with them. Share their joys and sorrows. Serve them if they are sick. Do their shopping for them if they are old. Help them their lessons if they are weak in studies. Be polite to all. Be kind and honest with all. Love the young ones. Respect the elders. That is the way to be a good neighbor and also a good friend. A good neighbor and a good friend are dear to one and all.
God is said to be pure, holy and clean. God is really very great.
Great persons do not like to live in dirt. Arpit is known to be neat and clean, in body and dress. He takes a bath every day. He brushes his teeth daily. He pares his nails also.
His clothes are always washed and well-pressed. His hair is well-oiled and combed. His shoes are polished. He looks a smart lad. His room is also very neat and clean. He keeps his books in order. There is never a particle of dust on anything in his room.
Everyone likes him for being neat and clean at school. He is very friendly with me because I also keep my self neat and clean. In fact, both of us are known as the cleanest students in our class. Our teacher often tells other students that we are models for them.
Clean boys and girls are liked by their parents, neighbors and teachers. Everyone feels like talking to neat and clean boys.
Clean dress and clean living make a child look fresh and intelligent. Mind and heart should also be kept clean. We should think noble thoughts. We should not be selfish. Selfish makes us impure in thoughts. We should be willing to help the poor and needy. Anger, hearted, greed and quarrelsomeness make the heart dirty. Noble people who are pure outwardly and inwardly are liked everywhere. Dirty people, boys and girls are shunned by others. Moreover, dirt invites disease and ill health. So, we should try to be neat and clean.
Often we find ourselves being misunderstood for no fault of ours. This is due to improper communication. Improper communication can be classified into 3 categories. Let us conduct a study taking into consideration 3 people with fictiicious names Rani, Vanaja & Tanya
1) Message getting distorted:- All 3 Rani, Vanaja & Tanya are good people and have good intent. Rani is a common friend to both Vanaja & Tanya. Vanaja does not know Tanya and hence wants to communicate to Tanya through Rani. While Rani makes best possible efforts to communicate with Vanaja & Tanya some distortions take place in actual communication either through some additional words gets incorporated or missing out on some words.
2) Message not getting transmitted:- Vanaja wants to communicate to Tanya through Rani, but Rani eventhough she is good and dependable, she is very lazy. Therefore the communication does not get transmitted at appropriate time and hence misunderstandings occur between Vanaja & Tanya
3) Passing on wrong message deliberately: Vanaja is dependent on Rani for passing message to Tanya. Rani's intent has never ever been good as he her sole aim is to create misunderstandings. Here Rani passes on wrong message to Tanya & vice-versa and hence misunderstandings are created.
If you take the above factors into consideration, a way to effective communication would be to eliminate the third person and interact directly with whom we actually want to communicate.

All of us have one aim or another in life. For many making money is the primary aim, while for some it is achieving something in life for example reaching the very top in their respective fields. A student would want to top his exams while the aim of a employee aim would be a promotion to the next immediate post. However one thing everybody shares in common is satisfaction and happiness. All of us crave for happiness at the end of the day. Some crave for it consciously while others crave for it subconsciously.
Many people in their pursuit to achieve happiness, actually never get it, however hard they try for it because they have got a selfish motive behind it as they are doing it only for themselves. On the contrary when we try do do those little things' which hardly taxes us both at the same time give a lot of satisfaction to the other person and makes him feel happy that really makes us feel happy. Those little thank you's or token of gratitude from the other person brings a smile of our faces, gives us lot of satisfaction and makes us feel happy.
I am of the view, that without stretching too far, we can do lot of things for lot of people in our day to day activities which makes their life lot happier, gives them lots of satisfaction, which in turn gives us the same levels of satisfaction and happiness

If Kashmir secession is unacceptable, then the following suggestions can make a beginning in establishing sincerity. First, continue too use police and paramilitary forces to protect the public, patrol border, detain terrorists, seize arms. But government should ensure as far as possible that they operate within the law. Communicate in words and deeds that those police and paramilitary personnel who do not operate so, will be punished. At the very least, surely this means actually punishing the most outrageous transgressions-fake encounters, brutal searches, prison torture, indiscriminate firing.
Second, we should stop exaggerating the threats to Indian security and secularism. Whatever happens in Kashmir, it is the unlikely that the security of the rest of the country will be greatly affected.
Third, stop exaggerating foreign role in our troubles. Doubtless, there is a Pakistani `hand’ at work in Kashmir. This is shortsighted of Pakistan. Still the roots of the trouble in the Kashmir are Indian and local.
Fourth, stop trying to buy off Kashmir secession. This does not mean that government should neglect employment schemes, industrialization for the valley, and other economic measures, but it should proceed sensibly and due regard t normal economic and other considerations. Fait, the government outhit authorities should admit their mistakes and try rectify them. People understand that human beings and administrative systems also commit mistakes. But they want admission of and efforts to rectify them. Such periodic gestures by politicians and officials will be effective in signaling the sincerity of efforts to meet local demands and assuage local feelings.
The strength of Indian union lays its democratic and secular structure. In the face of social pluralism and local disaffections it has maintained a relatively open political arena and thereby pre-empted, co-opted or accommodated pluralism and disaffection.
The terrorists and secessionists, who want to destroy our country, must be crushed. We should have negotiations only with those persons who are patriotic and believe in Indian constitution.
