Fitness and Tummy Reducing
Friends tummy reducing or abs building is considered as one of the most desired thing in this universe.
Everyone wants to look good and attractive and this happenes when your abs are fit (no extra fat). But the question is how to cut that extra fat?
We all know that obesity is a curse but very few of us know that obesity not only makes you lazy (because of lower rare of metabolism) but it also reduces the will power of a person, Thats the reason of we see very less fat guys working around or exercising.
I am trying to throw some light on how to cut those extra fat.
1 Try to increase fibrous foods in your diet rather than junk food, I know this is a very common advise people give and get from others but believe me try to increase boiled and fibrous foods slowly and gradually and reduce fried/junk foods. Like if you normally have one burger and one cheese sandwich a day try to compensate it with one of either burger or sandwich and a cup full of tomato soup or corn. Than compeletely remove this junk from your diet chart but do it slowly.
2 Try to rise up 15 minutes early than you usually do. do it for a week then reduce 15 more minutes and start with brisk walking and convert it into jogging and running.
3 Avoid to take that extra tension as tension leads to obesity, try meditation techniques and breathing techniques.
4 Take atleast 8and a half hour sleep a day this will remove stress form your mind and body.
These are simple yet effective things one should start or add in ones dailly routine to stay fit.
