So google knows what are you and what have you been searching for. And also advertisers have become smart with bidding for keywords and creating ads.
For example, I want you to do an exercise. Open google.com and type in "Arun jain on facebook" in google search and hit enter. On the right you will see a sponsored link mentioning my name.
