I think admin don't want to take some risk,as in banning makes issues take place.
There will lot of disputes. So,admin is taking time to decide,what to do.

Yes,this type of discussion works easy for us and we also didn't realize how our time passes and we also learn and get to know various other views and information.

If someone goes on putting new and new thread uselessly,then it would spam,that's why.
After starting thread they should go to moderator and first moderator pass it then it should appear in the forum section like it happens when we start any poll.I think then there won't be any spamming. :)

If the person,who is given this job to check whether the thread should be proceeded in forum or not,can first given the permission to proceed on not.

I think it should be considered otherwise this forum section will die and there will be very few people who will start threads after Sandhya leaves it. :(
