I am pleased to announce a fund for help of people in need due to natural calamities. As we are aware present situation in Uttarakhand where people are suffering and are in need of help from all sources.
I hereby announce Rs.500 from my side. Anyone willing to contribute can do so, the minimum limit is Rs 100 to any amount in multiple of 100 as per your wish. The admin will deduct this amount from members' account and send it to relief fund from our site. You only have to give your consent by writing in this thread by mentioning amount. I hope that you all will contribute generously. Thank you.
I will make a proper list which will show on dashboard.

There is no need to make publicity of our donation. What we considered right we did and that is all. Moreover our contribution is not such as should be considered for giving publicity. No doubt each one has done his best but let us not bother about publicity.

The intention to contribute is good. But as long as you do not have sufficient balance in account, it is better not to contribute through the site. Wait till you have sufficient balance and contribute if the donation scheme continues till then.

If payment is just made, your balance would be nil. There are administrative and accounting difficulties in cancelling the payment and then accepting contribution from that. Your intention is good. It is better to wait till your balance increases.

Even if donation scheme ends, you can directly contribute to Prime minister or Chief Minister Relief Fund. so nothing to worry about.
That's a good idea, not sure how practical to maintain such fund and also people may have different opinions on different occasions to donate. Lets keep this as a practice whenever required instead.I will contribute 500rs from my account. I agree to deduct this amount from my account.
I request admin to make an emergency fund and keep all donations by willing members to use in future.
