I am pleased to announce a fund for help of people in need due to natural calamities. As we are aware present situation in Uttarakhand where people are suffering and are in need of help from all sources.
I hereby announce Rs.500 from my side. Anyone willing to contribute can do so, the minimum limit is Rs 100 to any amount in multiple of 100 as per your wish. The admin will deduct this amount from members' account and send it to relief fund from our site. You only have to give your consent by writing in this thread by mentioning amount. I hope that you all will contribute generously. Thank you.

There is no straightforward way other than this as far as I know. Would be happy to do if you could suggest if you know anything better. And the sooner we can do it, the better it would be. Hope everyone can do their contribution by tomorrow or day after so that we can send our donations all in a go.

The central government and state government are already working for relief of the victims of the nature's fury. We cannot expect Boddunan members to physically reach to the victims. So best way is to send contribution to Prime minister or chief Minister Relief fund. We have no option but to route our contribution through government agency. Even if you distrust the government or ministers, the job of providing relief is theirs and we must provide funds to those who are responsible for the rescue and relief operations.
So the best way is to send a consolidated cheque to Prime Minister's relief fund on behalf of the site.
Oppss.. I saw this just now. I would love to donate 200 Rs from my side too. Its good that we can help them in any way.,

There is no need to make publicity of our donation. What we considered right we did and that is all. Moreover our contribution is not such as should be considered for giving publicity. No doubt each one has done his best but let us not bother about publicity.
