Jobin- If offices are closed owing to bandh, it is obvious that employees working in those offices cannot use the office internet. I could also not use the net as there were obstructions caused by Bandh.
The purpose of bandh is more to show strength of the participating parties and less to highlight people's problems. However, let us hope for the best.
