If you know your subject well and master of your field there is no need to prepare for an interview unless there is a big written test to be held. Normal interviews are conducted about your general knowledge and subject related only.

Often a candidate feel nervous facing an interview but from what I have experienced so far, the interviewee always make every effort to make the candidate feel comfortable.

Actually Anand, it's more good to attend an interview without much preparations...
You need to 'eat' just a few minutes tension....than long hours. Isn't it? :evil: :evil: :whistle: :whistle:
This is really true. Instead of worrying and tensioned the whole night bearing the few minute tension is good. When we start preparing it will never end. :lol: :lol: :lol:

hat's right, they are there to select persons of their choice not to scare them off.
