The latest survey found that India is having first place in Asian countries in pollution and worlds fourth place.
This is really bad news for our Indians.
Another bad news is That north India is having no water in ground levels. According to survey water will be nill in ground level at 2025 then there will be wars for water.

Yes this cause more pollution and health problems which they cannot bare their body weight.
People have forgotten to walk now a days.They like to go by vehical. :evil:
I have seen my father he does not use vehical for a distance of 1~2 Kms. :) he prefers going by foot for such a small distance though he is of age 65 years now. :whistle:
That's a good habit by your father SJ.. I am sure he is feeling good form it too... Here I have seen many people that use their vehicle for walking distance also.
Yes he is very active still at this age. :whistle:
He can walk more distance than us.He has lot of stamina.He walks up to 5 Kms daily in the morning which keeps him fit. :whistle:
HE he..May be but surely walking everyday is good for health.. Many time I started morning walk, But after being active for a week or two week, I stop it again..
Same with me i also have thought many time to go for morning walk but i am bit lazy as well as i have to prepare kids for school so due to lack of time also i could never go for walk. :evil:
He he.. I guess people always do the things when they got need to do.. Currently it is not must for me may be that's why I am feeling lazy in the morning.
I was also lazy boy when i was unmarried and used to wake up at 8:00 AM in the morning but now i have to wake up at 6:00 Am due to kids. :evil: Hope you too will make a habit of it after having kids. :woohoo:
See.. We change automatically when we have to do somethings must.. I am sure I will be changed at that time too, but I don't want to wait for that much time.. I am wanting to adopt that habit as soon as possible.. I guess now I am improving bit.. I am getting up around 7 or 7:30 am which is good in compare of before.

Oh yes you should otherwise it would be difficult for you to adopt yourself in short time :woohoo: so you should start changing yourself before marriage. :woohoo:
