i agree the number of morphed pictures of sonia gandhi and manmohan singh is increasing in every social networking sites..cartoons are acceptable..but not morphed pictures..

but how far this is acceptable..i dont know...you cant differentiate those two..a good interpreter can mix both the words ,,...
This is not possible to delete all the content over the internet.
Offensive content also must be in Internet. For the people to know that there such things also exist in the world
