I pity for all those people who are in gujarat.I think this is one of the main reasons why INDIA is still called as a developing country. People should become more mature now. Soubhagya Das- The Gujarat Government follows the policy of prohibition viz. total ban on sale of liquor. There is no meaning in issuing instructions. As long as sale of liquor is lawful, people may buy and drink. The policy of prohibition leads to sale of spurious drinks that causes death and immense danger to health.
