In fact, swaqchh bha rat is new name of 'nirmal Bharat abhiyan' of previous government.  This is not to criticize or support any. This is just to answer whether this is a new concept. Definitely this is not new. also it apperas that there is virtually no support from corporations and other agencies. Some leaders had got photographed with broom. Now the condition is worse.  When the wastage bins are not emptied and disposed, citizens are helpless. Where can they put the garbage in.  Citizens alone are helpless unless the local bodies also donot support. The industries continue to pollute the rivers with industrial waste.  Any amount of cleanliness will not help unless the industrial garbage is properly dsposed. But there appears nobody who could check the industrialists. 

Indians mocked at corrupt politicians continuously, but they respect to honest politician with mute suspicion. Mr. Modi invited nine significant personalities to carry one prospect of clean India campaign as brand ambassador. 

I'm discussing about those people who were in keeping the surroundings as well as the other places in the neighborhood .since long. It's not about discrediting Modi's Swach Bharat.
