Chinese and japanese can do anything. They had that talent. I think they want to create records.
We have multi faceted personalities all over the world. But we do not take any initiatives to create records. Even if we take initiatives, we are not being properly motivated or helped. Rather we get discouraged by others.
Every one is trying in all parts of the world except our people. We also must try some thing to know the world we are also great.
Here they should understand that creating record is not important but the quality is important.. As said by @usha: that already once they failed in building a good bridge they should be more cautious this time.
