Railway has good budget and money but still general public not able to get ticket at the time of requirement.

Friends I aspect a lot from this budget. However before going deep into those points, railways should change the quality of food provided to the passangers in the trains. Secondly, railway accidents should be checked which was frequent previous year.

Fare increased in all class but very minimum .After all this is a good budget.

Railway has good budget and money but still general public not able to get ticket at the time of requirement.
Ever increasing population is the cause of rush at ticket window, reservation counter. Number of passengers increases constantly and any increase in Railway tracks, number of trains and bogies does not help. This is true everywhere- roads, schools, hospitals etc.

Many trains are announced at every railway budget. How much time will it take to implement new trains?

Trivedi announced that passenger fare for sub-urban trains hiked by 2 paisa per km, mail trains by 3 paisa per km. Express train fares are up by 5 paisa per km, 10p per km for a/c chaircar, 10p per km for a/c 3-tier, 15 p per km for a/c 2-tier and 30p per km for a/c 1st class.
Key highlights of Budget 2012
* Logistics Corporation will be created to provide logistics solutions for rail users.
* Budgetary support pegged at Rs 25,000 crore for the coming year against projected requirement of Rs 45,000 crore.
* 14 new rail line surveys to be taken up in 2012-13.
* 725 km of rail tracks completed in the current year, Rs 6,725 crore more for fresh tracks.
* All meter gauge, narrow gauge sections to be made broad gauge, except heritage lines, by end of 12th Five Year Plan.
* 31 projects of over 5,000 km being implemented with the support of state governments.
* Railways to take up linking of Agartala to Akura in Bangladesh.

Its good budget but there is not any announcement to improve existing rail system.
