Hi Sarala.. its not for all.. exception is everywhere..

thats great to know . but there are children who sacrifice their lives for parents. See if there is good then there will be bad also. So same way if such children who make parents feel bad are there then there will be the children who are reason for the smile of their parents.

Every grown up have certain amount of duties and responsibilities towards their elders and parents. But the sad fact about the present time is that somehow most of them are somehow forgetting about this duty and responsibility and sigh away from all these things.

It's high time for such individuals to give a second thought to their course of action and behavior towards their elders and judge from their heart if whatever they are doing is justified or not...!

correct...i understand your sentiments...and i feel the same...but you need to understand that most of the parents live their life only for the children....

Yes these day parents are happy because these day child are more towards there aim.

As children understood that parents are living for the sake of their children only so children also now a days living for becoming a reason of parents smile

That is what should be an ideal situation to be! If both are satisfied you can't expect anything more!

Yes it is ofcourse fill up ourselves with hug happiness when we find ourself helpful for parents or if we are capable for accomplishing their expectations. But due to difference in thinking it doesn't happen at all times.Sometimes we have to adjust and sometimes our parents adjust .

There are always difference in any honest relationship and when both sides remain respectul to each others' points of views, a solution is just a few steps away!

Now a days parents are happy with their children because they are borned with more advance intelligence.

Happiness is a state of mind. If any body nourishes unreasonable expectations which are frustrated, he will be unhappy- may be parent, may be son.

It is usual. So everyone should understand the other one .Proper understanding can lead to satisfied life only.

Many of you have rightly pointed unreasonable and at times unrealistic expectations cause unusual stress in this heavenly relationship.

I liked this reply best. What Gulshanji has written here goes to show that wisdom he has gained by age and experiences.And i agree that unreasonable expectations are the root cause of sorrow in this world.
