one thing that you know will make you happy

Looking others' happy faces I really feel happy!

real happiness is somthing you can get from inside. wishing to be happy cant make us happy. we need to learn to be happy on small irrelevant things, jus like a child. losing some of the materialism can only give real happiness

I also feel very happy when I am of any help to others!

Its the beautiful smile of my kid... :)
