Guys.. Thanks for sharing lot of good and bad things about the site.

We will take the positive statements as extra energy and continue with, negatives as caution points and try to overcome them.

Anyway, some one pointed out about the extra moderators. We have Soubagya, Atul, Swetha as moderators along with me. However only Soubhagya is active over the past few days. Would any senior member love to help others, please join the team.

A lot of positive qualities.But criticism on looking to face of the king is bravery.So I wish to point out some negatives

1) There is no continuous activity to convert a passive member active.
2) people have varied tastes and the site has to improve more to focus all the people
3) Article writers are still paid very less
4) There is no strict and stern actions against fraud practices
5) The team behind is very few and it creates a lot of issues.

Thank you Abid for your views. We are working on increasing the team size and hope it will continue in future.

@aastha, a senior member is the one who can guide others by knowing about the features, policies, guidelines etc of boddunan. He/she is the one who knows most of boddunan. So decide if you are the one.
