The cause of anger is a lot impatient & loneliness exists in us.Lack of concentration on work also creates anger too.To remain cool & calm is the biggest key to manage anger.

How can lack of concentration create anger in a person? Shouldn't it be the other way round? But I do agree that loneliness in a person can create anger. Some people who are lonely develop resentments against the world & end up turning into an angry personality.
There are a few ways ti to control anger.
Take a break as soon as you recognize that you are angry
Let yourself feel angry.
Breathe deeply.
Practice positive self talk
Visualize the 'Happy Pace"
Try to see some humour in what angered you

Hunger and poverty can drive a person to extremes. They become angry at everything and everyone who is better off ...so in the best interest of the society, inequality should be curbed .
Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
Not satisfied with the present life and going all out to achieve everything including corruption and in the process, a miserable failure Wii lead to anger.
One should not be controlled by anger. But should be able to control and command anger.
