The very concept of a Bullet train is based on high speed and very limited stoppages.
Exactly! If the commoners gain more accessibility, then the number of stops go up. Hence no question of bullet trains.
Not necessarily.Railways has to see to it that the sanctity of Bullet train is kept in tact. Otherwise its a colossal loss.

Bullet trains run at a great speed having limited stoppages, if these were stopped at every station these will be as good as passengers trains.
True!! If the train has to stop at lot of places, the speed obviously comes down.
The very concept of a Bullet train is based on high speed and very limited stoppages.
In that case these trains would cater for long distance passengers traveling to particular places.
