May be they need to have it because I have read many of the girls in schools get pregnant there and becomes mother in schools itself so they need to have some sort of coaching class there for sex.
It is too bad.. it will spoil their future too...
Also getting pregnancy in early age is also may be bad in future.
Sex education is very very important to learn about the basis of sex as well as the problems.
Some things are better learnt behind closed doors - in privacy. As a child doesn't need to teach how he should walk or talk, even sex doesn't need to be taught. At the most sexologists can make people aware of the problems.
Then not children, Adult also should be teached even now.
There is only the age difference between children and adults. And as you rightly pointed out, even adults are losing their track and acting in a mad manner. They too need brainwashing.

It is only good on paper. But I doubt, practically, how good it will be. By the way many people have access to video sites. They can all 'learn' it from watching too.
such kind of educations should not be encouraged then more crimes on girls will increase
