I want to start a good life, with lot of excitement. But at present, it is not happening.

Yoga is good but it takes about long time to cure you...You must keep patience.
Sandhya doing yoga by watching cds and books is not good it must be first practice under teacher guidance after we can do our own.

Yoga or any exercises should need teachers instructions. Without Guru we should try these as they may cause bad effects if we perform them without guru

I am much interest in yoga and meditation, especially praanic healing, but i tried alot to learn pranic healing but didnt got correct guidence from the internet. Later i heard that yoga should not be guided by ourself it should be guided by the guru only

I learnt Kaya Kalpa yoga also. It is good to increase our lifetime and youthfulness. But because of my laziness not practicing regularly.
