    This depends on the time when one gets blind. There is a saying; Sawan ke andhe ko sab hara dikhata hai (A blind in the rainy season sees only green).

    You are right Gulshan Ji person who born blindly cannot know which colour is but who lost his eye sight in the middle he knows every colour.
