I accept to deepti the Female are slowly coming up but look at the factors in sports only few are able to shine however there are a hell a lot of talented people in Females but they are not given any opportunities to participate it is because of the internal politics
Yes Deivigan. I agree with your point. There are a lot of politics internally and also female sports persons doesn't get good coaches.. and also recently we found many cases on coaches harassing there students(Sports women).
Yesterday the Agra women demonstrated their power to drunken men. The drunkards at a local Desi Theka (indigenous liquor shop) would pass vulgar comments on ladies passing by. Many women gathered their with sticks and gave nice thrashing to them.

There are some inherent physical differences between men and women. There are some psychological differences as well. Both are important in the society and should get their rightful place. We are heading towards greater gender equality. Yet, it is for a particular individual- male or female, properly make self assessment and select career accordingly.
