    Thanks to know it is widely used in Chinese food comparing to home made. i love to have Chinese food in shops. so, i need to avoid it in future..

    ajinomotto is not a bad one. it depends upon that it suits to our body or not. If you find any ill effects with it then its better to stay away from it. actually it is made of glutaminacid.
