Actually men love long hair as in earlier there is lot of domination men on women. even the size of the hair also decided by the men. so in the earlier women used to maintain long black hair. but later both men and women have equal there is no much domination, so now women are cutting their hair due to lack of time to maintain it and they want to be as they want , they don't need any men to dominate them
