Individual resolve to stop smoking suffices. You need to reduce smoking first. Ultimately, you may completely stop this. For this you need to cultivate alternative hobbies. If you are busy with music, online surfing, writing or reading, you may not feel like smoking.

A spray has been made for the people who are addicted to smoking. Smokers can try that. Then consult a doctor.

I think that one individual should think that if i am going to smoke,i won't be living more and most importantly a person should think that my health is affecting by smoking,so i shouldn't smoke.

Try to eat an apple every day it will make some negative impact on smoking.

also you can keep your self busy in other things whenever you need to smoke so you can avoid it.
