Not only smoking, every human activity is repetitive. You will like to smoke again and drink wine again. This is true about food also. You have to take food daily and drink water often.

As smoking is injurious to health, it is better to avoid smoking. But if you smoke, you will need to smoke daily or even several time in a day.

I think and noticed that, For smoker's, smoking is one of the enjoyment and style.
By smoking they feel relax.

I think smokers should understand that they are going into well more and more they smoke. Smoking is taking their life from them.

At first smoking starts as an experiment to experience new thing then it becomes a style statement to show off others from whom they feel insecure and gradually it becomes a habit. Sometimes, people smoke to relieve tension knowing the danger behind smoking.

you made your mind like that. i got addicted to pepsi earleir. once i got to know its not good for health i dont drink it daily but some time's. bad habit can be stoped.set your mind you will not do it again.(ranjan)
