But this also gives opportunity to improve. If somebody has successfully worked under a strict lady, his merit is proved and he has better chances in future. .

I would only say that committing any mistake is not a great thing but taking a lesson from it. Mistake is the base of our education (in anything), if we don't do mistakes, we simply can't learn.

Sunita Budhiraja... I am really sorry, I never heard of this lady before. I was curious to know as you said that she was a famous news reader. But I was never accosted by this name. Just my thoughts..............
