Every human being makes mistake. It is unavoidable. But a smart person will never make a same mistake twice.

Mistakes are not that bad. A mistake is an indication that you are working. No one will commit a mistake if he's not working. Mistakes are like traffic signals. They are meant for your good provided you have that inner eye to read the hidden message that you should be cautious.
Mistakes make a man seasoned person. Now it depends on a person whether he wishes to evolve as a totally curved person or come out with more careless behavior.
My experience says majority refuse to mend their ways. Those who take a cue out of their mistakes go up to the top. Others struggle to ascend the very first rung of the ladder. They remain there forever.
It's all because of their rigid behavior. One who can mend themselves as per the persisting situation do not face trouble while others who are quite rigid as well as egoistic find difficult to learn and change as per the demand.
Some are plagued by their own self imposed limitations.They think that they are beyond corrections. One need to be fiercely determined to achieve what they want.
My first job of probation was under a lady boss, and for one year and six months I feel the presence of my life in a hell, it is my personal opinion not an universal one, as she goes under rules and regulations which is right but I was new to organisation then.lady boss is always difficult for me, in the sense, female executives always go with manuals and rules, but some rules are there but they are difficult to attain.
I worked under a very famous news reader and an efficient PR women. Never faced any problems.

Yes what i said was also a personal opinion. They may vary from person to person.

Ladies are generally more strict and meticulous and so it is not easy to work under them. They also exercise extra strictness to prove that they are better administrator. But this also gives opportunity to improve. If somebody has successfully worked under a strict lady, his merit is proved and he has better chances in future. .
