Persons who are doing job which requires physical work prefer tea. Most of the persons involved in education sector (Teachers, Professors etc.) prefer coffee.


Well I don't know how i got addicted to tea though i don't do physical work.
drinking coffee everyday practice is brought by westerners to India and we indian follow it as we inherit lot of habits from Westerners and Europeans!!

Well, I have heard that from many.. But I am not that regular in coffee either even i liked it. So no problem.

But I am still confused whether it is good or bad for health. :huh:

Except tobacco products, nothing is harmful. Only too much of a thing harms. Taking a few cups of coffee in winter or cold season is good to keep you warm.

tea is better than coffee..
you can use it, but check the input of sugar along with it. Fatty milk can also make you fat

@Sandhya.. That's not the worry as I can maintain that thing properly now. Well, I am not regular in both TEA and COFFEE.. But I am about to become regular on one of them. I like coffee more, but I guess tea is more better option, health wise.

Tea is more popular in social gathering and offices. Most of us take coffee occasionally. So, all is okay.
